📌 Minimum stay: no minimum but preferably 1 year
💰 Rent: £850 per month (all bills included: high speed wifi etc. But please use energy/utilities responsibly, only when you need, turning off when not in use.)

The bedroom measures 15.11 sq ft by 8 sq ft.

I currently have long term tenants living in the house, treating it as their beloved home. They will vacate early December.

The house is conveniently located near desirable amenities. Neighbours are friendly. It’s genuinely a really nice place to live 🙂.
