📌 Minimum stay: no minimum but preferably 1 year
💰 Rent: £850 per month (all bills included: high speed wifi etc. But please use energy/utilities responsibly, only when you need, turning off when not in use.)

The bedroom measures 15.11 sq ft by 8 sq ft.
