We are a Polish and German couple and have a spacious, bright double room available to rent in our modern 3 bedroom 3 bathroom house with garden.

The room comes fully furnished with a comfortable double bed, desk, and plenty of storage space.

You’ll also have your own private family-sized bathroom.

We will be sharing the kitchen and living room. We are more than happy to cook and dine together.

The room is available immediately, and the price includes all bills and fast internet.

Our home also features a beautiful garden with a patio, perfect for a BBQ or outdoor dinning.

We are a professional couple (business owner and scientist) who love the outdoors, food, good music and socializing. We share our home with a lovely black cat Mao, so you must be comfortable living with a pet.

The property is close to Sudbury Town tube station (5 minutes walk), Sudbury & Harrow Road train station (4 minutes walk) and all the amenities of Wembley easily accessible by a short bus ride.

The room is perfect for like minded cat loving professional looking for a peaceful and comfortable space.
