Hey, We are gay couple and have a 1 spare bedroom to rent.

The room has 2 single beds & also has 2 fitted wardrobes with computer table and conservatory ( Living Space ) attached for sharing,


1. Double room for sharing - £385 a month per person - bills are included, Unlimited Wi fi, £25.00 Cleaning a month per person for common areas unless you want to clean yourself ( Bathroom, kitchen , conservatory )

2. Alternatively - we can rent the room to an individual who can pat £750.00 a month and the whole rooms goes for himself.

Prefer vegetarian - Eggs are fine.

There is shared bathroom, kitchen and Living room(Conservatory) and huge garden. We are quite chilled couple, both are professionals. He is French and I am an Indian. We prefer vegetarians - Eggs re fine though.

Its 3 mins walking distance from tube station, couple of shops near by including high street. quite enjoyable household. No as such restriction.
