Shared room- single bed

Hey, We are gay couple and have a 1 spare bedroom to rent.

So there is already 1 room mate to share with or if any couple is interested then i also can give him 2 weeks notice.

1. Room share - £110 a week - No food included- bills are included
or
Double room - £950.00 a month- No food included bills are included .

There is shared bathroom, kitchen and Living room(Conservatory) and huge garden. We are quite chilled couple, both are professionals. He is French and I am an Indian. We prefer vegetarians only- Eggs re fine though.

Its 3 mins walking distance from tube station, couple of shops near by including high street. quite enjoyable household. No as such restriction.
