All Bill's council tax, internet, tv, water, gas, electricity, are included in the price.
Bathroom/Kitchen Cleaning products are on the house. Please use them!!
Internet is BT fibre optic 2. TV licensed. 65" Smart TV to share. Premier League football available.

Tenant must be clean. They should keep their toilet/shower/bath clean. Kitchen should be clean after use.
Tenant should have experience living in a shared accommodation and must be respectful to each other.
Furniture should be taken care of.
Mattresses are all +£1,000 pounds, so please take care of them.

Smoking is outdoor
You are allowed to invite your friends over/night without permission
