Will consider longer student looking for academic year 2026/27.
I have hosted for Kingston University for some years.
Sunny double loft room in lovely friendly 4 bedroom house, near excellent transport links to Surbiton and Kingston. 10/15 mins depending on time of day. Home from home. Shared fridge with 2nd student. Own food cupboard, drawer in freezer. Sunroom for use in the evening. All bedding/towels provided .
I have a weekly cleaner too.
London only 19 minutes from Surbiton station.
Local shops 5 mins walk, including food store, fast food outlets and newsagents. Pubs within walking distance, 10 mins.
All bills included. Will need Council tax exemption certificate and university acceptance letter.. Both available from your University.
