This is for one person only. (no couples). The room is a large and spacious sized double (approx. 13 ft x 13 ft). It is fully furnished with a good quality full matching wooden suite with double bed with two bedside tables and a fitted wardrobe with shelving above, as well as a free standing wardrobe and a desk and chair. It also has a smart tv, fridge with freezer compartment, and kettle. It is right next to the very large full bathroom. It is available for a period of six months minimum. It is in our shared house. The rent is £850 pcm and the deposit is also £850. All utility bills are included including broadband. Communal cleaning is provided as a courtesy as is gardening and supply of some household basics (see below).

HOUSE DESCRIPTION
There are two shared bathrooms. Both are full bathrooms and have a bath and shower One is unusually large and spacious and has a double walk-in rain shower and double ended bath. toilet bidet and vanity all of which are a large size, along with a standard toilet and bidet The other bathroom has a detachable shower over the bath which is popular for hair washing. It also has sink and toilet. They are always kept clean and topped up with things like toilet rolls, clean hand towels and bathmats and soap etc which are supplied free of charge as a courtesy and additionally cleaning for the communal areas is undertaken so they are always clean and tidy. This service is also a courtesy given free of charge and so is the gardening.

There is also a large shared kitchen with large cooker, two ovens and also a microwave. The kitchen is well stocked for renters with large amounts of cutlery, crockery and pots and pans etc for everyone to use. There is a separate eating area and also a separate utility room with a washing machine and cleaning items and airers, ironing boards etc to borrow. The back door opens up onto the large sized back garden which has trees and grass and is quite private. It has an eating area with large table and chairs on the patio and BBQ. There is also a washing line and plenty of space for recreation. It is especially nice in the summer. The house is a large spacious and solid homely house and is surprisingly quiet and you often don't notice if others are in. As a courtesy, household consumables like toilet rolls, soap and clean towels and bath mats and fairy liquid etc are provided.

LOCATION AND TRANSPORT
The house is close to Tolworth Broadway (3 min walk) with plenty of shops, restaurants and take-outs to suit all. Everything from Iceland to M&S and plenty of grocers. There is also a library, a pharmacy and a new gym on the corner that is open 24/7. most shops are open until about 9.30 pm and a few much later. Tesco is 24hrs.

Kingston, which is good for clothes shopping, is about 10/15 mins by bus and Surbiton High street closer. New Malden and Chessington are also very close. It is very convenient location and with great transport links, and it is a very easy to get around from here. Tolworth train station is 6/7 min walk across the road trains stop at all Stations on the South Western line into Waterloo and it is zone 5. (Waterloo 25mins) There are numerous buses from the Broadway which is a 3 min walk away. Busses for Kingston and Surbiton, New Malden, Chessington and many other areas run every few mins including the night bus and the 281 goes all the way to Heathrow. The 281 also runs all night 24/7. For drivers the A3 is right on our doorstep and there are links to the M25 in two different directions in about ten mins. There are also countryside walks, open areas of countryside and cycle paths starting near to the station and covering many miles as well as parks etc.

REQUIREMENTS AND OTHERS
This is a comfortable, clean, tidy and peaceful home for hard working adults who are nice and considerate of of others. We are looking for a professional working person or mature student who has their own life outside home and not a work from home person. We are friendly and get along and have fun but we are definitely not a party house. We seek someone who is also friendly and can get along with others. Whilst the communal areas of the house are cleaned often, we would like a person who is tidy and cleans up after themselves to help it stay that way. I ought not to have too say this but sadly I do. This is a Jewish/Israeli friendly house. We seek other reasonable minded people. If this is a problem for you in any way, then this is not the right place for you.

I have a dog. She is well behaved and quiet and loves people but won't bother you if you are not interested but does keep the house safe from intruders and squirrels! She stays downstairs in the back of the house.
