Hi I am uma. I am current tenant. Working in Berry Land sainsbury local, its raeburn avenue, Berry land, Surbiton. I have 2 double bed rooms for rent. I keep the house very clean. So I am looking for very clean and tidy people specially Asian people who are looking for room in Tolworth Broadway. The house is closed to (5minutes walking distance) Tolworth Broadway train station and bus stops. The K1 bus in doorstep. 16 minutes to Surbiton station by bus and 6 minutes by car. It takes 8 minutes(2.5 miles) to Kingston University by car. Easily can get bus to Newmalden, Wimbledon, Putney, Kingston, Epsom, hounslow and more places. There are lot of shops are 5minutes walking distance. Chicken shops, kebab shop, grocery shop, South Indian restaurants, a lot of off licences, M&S supermarket, Tesco, Sainsbury's and Iceland supermarket. All are 5 minutes walking distance.
Very quiet and nice place. Bathroom and kitchen need to be share parking space available. We can discuss about WiFi if you need. Some T&C apply. If you are interest please contact me.
