🚎 Bus Stop is also a 3-4 minute walk and goes directly to Surbiton and Kingston. (K2)
🚗 Easy access to A3 to get to the M25 or it’s a straight road into Central London.

🍽️ Plenty of supermarkets and convenience stores nearby including nearest is a Sainsburys local.

🌲 Short walk from Rose Walk Nature Reserve, perfect if you enjoy morning walks in a peaceful and open area.
