Term time let (40 weeks)

Lovely, furnished double room available in a newly renovated, owner-occupied home, offered on a term-time only basis (40 weeks).

The room is not available over Christmas or during the summer, making it ideal for a student or trainee who returns home during holidays.

The price is based on 5 days per week, and we’re happy to be flexible for part-time lets (e. g. Monday–Friday).

The room & facilities include:
Comfortable furnished double bedroom
Downstairs shower room available for near-exclusive use
Shared modern kitchen / dining space
Access to garden patio

What’s included:
All bills (utilities, council tax, internet)
This would suit a postgraduate student, trainee teacher, or professional student looking for a calm, well-kept home rather than a typical student house.
