Room in beautiful flat for rent in Surbiton

I am renting my beautiful homely flat in Surbiton, 6 mins walk from Surbiton station and 4 mins walk from the high street. Surbiton is a gorgeous suburban town in South West London and the train to waterloo is only 15 minutes.

The flat is almost 1000 square feet. It is a victorian flat with high ceilings and bay windows overlooking the only victorian square in Surrey.

I have moved in recently and freshly renovated the whole flat and bought all new furniture, including the furniture in the rented bedroom. I have a loaf sofa, an our place air fryer and all paid virgin channels on the TV. I have a TV in my bedroom and spend alot of time in my bedroom in the evenings so you would have the living room to yourself a lot.

There are some renovations still pending like painting the media wall white, getting a farmhouse dining table in the left corner of the living room and putting up wall lights in the rented bedroom and the hallway.

The rented bedroom has a double ottoman bed, a 4 drawer wardrobe and a large bay window. There is space for a desk/dressing table.

I am in the office a lot and away a lot of weekends and sometimes mid-week, so you would have the flat to yourself a lot of the time. I am clean, kind and easy going and I am looking for someone who is kind too and who treats the flat like a home instead of a house. I am friendly and chatty and looking for someone who I can be friends with and not just flatmates, but I also value my own time.

There is a cleaner who comes every 2/3 weeks which is included in the rent.

For the right person I can be slightly flexible on the rent price.

The bathroom is shared.
