It’s a cozy 2 bed flat, 1 bath and a kitchen, unfortunately no living room.

I’m a 33-year-old professional, lived in the flat for 3 years. While social, I’m predominantly a homebody who values quiet, relaxing evenings and a clean and tidy home.

Who I’m Looking For:
Preferably a female flatmate (open to male applicants). I am looking for someone respectful, communicative, and genuinely committed to living in a clean, well-maintained space. And not working from home full time.
* Cleanliness (Non-Negotiable): Keeping the flat genuinely clean and tidy is essential - this means thorough up-keep, not just surface-level tidying!
* Respecting the Space: Looking for someone who treats this flat as a true home rather than just a temporary landing pad. That means taking shared responsibility: if you break something - replace it, and if maintenance issues pop up, just let me know.
