I would need to know when you propose to move in

All the places available are 4 bedroom places, and most of my tenants are Penryhn / Kingston hill campus students.

The rental is £670-£600 pcm per person. Bills approx £70 pcm

There are a few places available but you need to find Smith street Surbiton kt5 on google to see it's only 10-15 mins walk from Kingston Uni.

The first thing would be to arrange for a viewing even if you propose to move in August/ September time.
I also have a list of single students, post grads and professionals looking for others to share with.
The idea is to get you in touch with one another to form a group of 4 to take up one of my places. If you are still looking, maybe worth getting in touch.

There are two bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs.

Three of these rooms are very large and spacious with large storage space
were as the third bedroom is smaller. Bath / shower room and Toilet are separate and are situated upstairs. In the kitchen there is a electric oven hob, a washing machine, fridge freezer , microwave and food storage space.
It has a well presented small front garden and a larger back garden. There is adequate car parking in the residential car park very near the property.
