I will have a lovely large loft room available on the top floor of our 4 bed Victorian terrace, once my current lovely lodger moves on. It is the only room on that floor and therefore offers lots of privacy.
It's a good size house with large kitchen/diner, 2 reception rooms and garden.
I live here with my two children age 9 and 7 so it’s a family home rather than a flat-share vibe.
I'm looking for someone who is friendly, easy going and considerate. This house would probably suit a professional, or student, who keeps similar hours to me (my clubbing days are over) and gets on well with kids.
In terms of amenities, the room is fully furnished and has a tv and good internet access.
The kitchen is fully equipped and you would have your own cupboard and area of the fridge.
The garden is SW facing with a summer house that has some room for storage.
Convenience stores and other local shops are just round the corner or a 10 min walk to Teddy High St.
Fab to have Bushy Park and the river so close too.

TRANSPORT:
We are a 10 min walk to either Teddington /Fulwell or Strawberry Hill rail stations, which take you to Waterloo in 35mins.
Alternatively, a 2 minute walk to the bus which takes you on the fast train into Waterloo from Twickenham in 23 mins.
30 mins door to door on the bus to Kingston upon Thames (cycle in 17) or Richmond. 20mins on the bus to Twickenham.
St Mary's University is 5 mins walk away and NPL 10 mins away.
There is permit holders parking on the street and a secure place to put a bike outside the front of the house.
