I will have a lovely large loft room available on the top floor of our 4 bed Victorian terrace from September. It is the only room on that floor and therefore offers lots of privacy.
It's a good size house with large kitchen/diner, 2 reception rooms and garden.
I live here with my two children age 11 and 9 so it’s a fun and friendly family home rather than a flat-share vibe. My preference is for a female lodger.
I'm looking for someone who is friendly, easy going and considerate. This house would probably suit a professional, or student, who keeps similar hours to me (my clubbing days are over) and gets on well with kids.
In terms of amenities, the room is furnished but there would be room for some extras.
The kitchen is fully equipped and you would have your own cupboard and area of the fridge.
The garden is SW facing with a summer house that has some room for storage.
Convenience stores and other local shops are just round the corner or a 10 min walk to Teddy High St.
Fab to have Bushy Park and the river so close too.

TRANSPORT:
We are a 10 min walk to Teddington, Fulwell or Strawberry Hill train stations, which take you to Waterloo in 35mins.
10 mins from Twickenham and 15 to Richmond or Kingston on the bus.
There is permit holders parking on the street and a secure place to put a bike outside the front of the house.
