Daily rental, one bed - TEMP

Lovely single room available for a very clean and tidy professional.

You must go to work during the day on week days so I have my place for myself 9-5pm.

I work from home, in the open plan room/kitchen so I need someone quiet but i'm equally happy to share a glass of wine, food and watch a film together occasionally in the evenings/weekend.

New storage bed, mattress and pillows in your room plus a desk, chair and a table lamp.

Fully kitchen but i'm jealous of my stuff, everything is new and sparkling clean.

I'm not a fan of frying due to the greeze and smell so I hope you don't fry food and obvious clean up after yourself.

Got a Dish washer and washing machine, underfloor heating

I go out and travel a lot so if I am not here I'd expect you to look after the place and water the plants.

I try to be green so I recycle, save electricity and gas for the environment and my pocket as well.

On street parking with restrictions but a visitors parking permit can be arranged at a low cost

Shoe, pet and smoke free home.
Due to the size of the place, no visitors please
