En-suite Loft Room

Detached house in central Teddington - 12 minutes walk to the train station, near bus stops.

Room available is the loft room (so you would have the whole top floor) which is spacious and with a King sized bed and small en-suite bathroom (shower over the bath, sink and toilet). There is a Juliet balcony looking out over the garden.

Please note - This is a family house rather than a shared house, and we have two young children so are looking for a female tenant who is understanding of this. The rent is low as (to be frank!) we are looking for someone who is not going to spend much time in the house but more use it as a 'crash pad' at night or just during the week.
