Lovely double bedroom + large en-suite wet room

We have a lovely loft room with large, brand new en-suite wet room available on the top floor of our 5 bedroom semi-detached house from 1st September.

The house is a good size house with a large kitchen/diner, reception room and garden. We are a 30 second walk from Fulwell Station (literally three houses down)!
I live here with my two sons aged 14 and 16 so it’s a happy family home rather than a flat-share vibe. We also have a very friendly and easy-going dog.

I'm looking for someone who is friendly, easy going and considerate. This house would probably suit a professional, or student, who keeps similar hours to me (at work during the daytime) and gets on well with kids and dogs. In terms of amenities, the room is furnished but there would be room for some extras. The kitchen is fully equipped and you would have your own cupboard and area of the fridge. All bills are included in the monthly cost.

Convenience stores and other local shops are just round the corner or it is a 10 min walk to Teddington High St.
We also have Bushy Park and the River Thames close by.

TRANSPORT:
We are a 30 second walk to Fulwell Station. There is also a 10 minute walk to Teddington or Strawberry Hill train stations. All take you to Waterloo in 35-40mins.
We are 10 mins from Twickenham and 15 mins to Richmond or Kingston on the regular local buses.
