Double fully furnished room in comfortable house

This is a room for one person only. The house is in the Tolworth area of Surbiton close to Tolworth Broadway with plenty of shops, restaurants and take outs to suit all. It is very convenient location and with great transport links, it is a very easy to get about from here. Tolworth train station is across the road (Waterloo 25mins) and many busses start and end here including the night bus and the 281 goes all the way to Heathrow. For drivers the A3 is right on our doorstep and there are links to the M25 in two different directions in about ten mins. There are also countryside walks and cycle paths starting near to the station and covering many miles as well as parks etc. There are many Stately Homes and National trust properties a bus ride away and Hampton Court Palace and of Course Chessington World of Adventures is close as well. So something to suit most people.

The room is a fully furnished double room for a single person only and has everything needed to start renting. It has good quality furniture and bedding and it has a fridge, kettle etc in the room. A desk can be provided if wanted. The room is especially well insulted and easy to keep warm. So good for those who hate the cold.

There are two shared bathrooms. Both have a bath and one has a walk-in shower. They are kept clean and topped up with things like toilet rolls, soap etc. There is also a shared kitchen with large cooker, two ovens and also a microwave and a dishwasher. There is a separate eating area and also a separate utility room with a washing machine. The Lounge area is currently out of use for a few weeks whilst it is renovated but opens up onto the back garden which has eating area with large table and chairs and BBQ. There is also a door to the garden from the kitchen. The house is a big homely house built of solid bricks and fairly quiet and you often don't notice others are in.

We are looking for a professional working person or mature student who has their own life outside home and not a work from home person. Someone who can get along with others. The house is cleaned often and we would like a person who is tidy and cleans up after themselves. So the house stays clean.

Currently we are looking after a friendly dog whilst she is rehomed (due to a death). She is well behaved and quiet and loves people but won't bother you if you are not interested.

The deposit is the same as rent £750 and all utility bills are included including broadband.
