Hi, I am Kate and live in this two bedroom apartment with my labrador dog Riley, who is with me part time.

The flat is in a modern gated block of flats located on the ground floor with private patio. The flat is roughly 2 min walk to Twickenham station and to access various bus routes. 10 min walk to the riverside and there is a range of local shops within easy reach.

There is a 24 hour concierge on site but please note, there is no parking with the flat. However, there is bike storage in the basement of the block.

I am looking for an easy going like minded, tidy person to share it with.

The room has a corner wardrobe and an ottoman style storage bed with additional storage in the hallway if needed.

References will be required and will use a standard contract from Spareroom. Bills are included in the rent. Fast broadband and Netflix included. You will also get 20% discount in the pub next door to us if you are a resident.
