Newly refurbished Double bedroom

Hi, I am Kate and recently moved to this two bedroom apartment with my labrador dog Riley, who is with me part time.

The flat is in a modern gated block of flats located on the ground floor with private patio. The flat is roughly 3 min walk to Twickenham station.

There is a 24 hour concierge on site but please note, there is no parking with the flat. However, there is bike storage in the basement of the block.

I am looking for an easy going like minded, tidy person to share it with.

The room has a corner wardrobe and an ottoman style storage bed with additional storage in the hallway if needed. Please note there is no room for a desk but is possible to work from the dining table if your job is hybrid.

References will be required and will use a standard contract from Spareroom. All bills, including cleaning products are included in the rent. Fast broadband and Netflix included. You will also get 10% discount in the Restaurant next door to us if you are a resident.
