Big double room for short term rent (6 weeks)

I have a large double bedroom to sub-let for short term in Twickenham area. The rental is available from 21st of September to early Nov , probably 3rd of November ,to be agreed. The room is in the quite new 2 bed apartment, with plenty of light ,there is one lovely tenant (female) living in the flat. There is a shared Lounge ,nice bathroom, kitchen, my TV, large comfy bed ,a desk and the dining table. The bills are normally approx 75pp-150 per month for electricity (depending on the heating usage) and 25pp, for month for water. No parking space. Can negotiate deposit. The flat is very close to the high street and shops but on the side road .Looking for a responsible, clean and nice professional female. Thank you.
