Big double room to rent long term in Twickenham

Large double bedroom to rent in Twickenham area. The rental is available from 21st of January, potentially earlier - To be agreed -please reach out to me. (Having short term tenant at present). The room is in the quite new 2 bed apartment, with plenty of light ,there is one (female) living in the flat. There is a shared Lounge ,nice bathroom, kitchen, lots of storage. The room is part furnished - double bed, chest of drawers, lampshades, curtains, and I can re-sale my clothing rack (there is shared wardrobe in the corridor). The room can be personalised to your taste with some chair, desk, lamps etc, it's a big room but the landlord wouldn't prefer for the large piece of furniture to be brought . (2nd floor- no lift). The bills are normally approx. 75pp-150 per month for electricity (depending on the heating usage) and 25pp, 14pp for internet for month for water. No parking space, but can be found for free not far from the street. I work most days from home , happy to have a little chat, glass of wine but I am into my matters most of the days and I travel and away from time to time. The flat is very close to the high street and shops but on the side road .Looking for a responsible, clean, reasonable professional female flatmate of similar vibe and with income, someone ideally working from home maximum half week and who will see this place as home, look after the flat and so the atmosphere. No late night parties, people with additions etc. Thank you.
