The room is a modest size, as it has built in wardrobes, but it’s very cosy .
There is ample storage room ,cupboards with hanging space with deep shelves and chest of drawers. There is an additional storage cupboard in the eves for your use too.

A large picture window overlooks the pretty garden which makes the room light and airy. Great sun-sets as it faces West.
The kitchenette area has a table, with alcove storage shelves for crockery cutlery and store -cupboard ingredients etc.
Facilities include a Microwave, Mini Fridge, Mini freezer, Toaster, Kettle . hot plate and grill, a mini hoover, iron and ironing board, and clothes drying rack ,all in the room for your convenience . Occasional use of the house main kitchen by arrangement.
There is a single bed with a replica pull out bed stowed underneath, making either two singles for occasional guests, or it makes into a double bed .A small sofa flips over into a sofa bed for convenience too. Lots of cushions and throws,
Bedding towels and pillows all supplied. Plus spare bedding .
This accommodation is Ideal for those who enjoy their own space and privacy as I do, but also happy to engage chat, exchange news etc from time to time.
I am very friendly ,cheerful and welcoming, I have a good sense of humour .I love music Art and photography, and I go to the gym ,I have a lovely garden which I’m happy to share and I like making the garden look nice with seasonal planting .Most of my tenants have stayed for several years and been very happy.

Situated 10 mins walk to Strawberry Hill and Fullwell stations (some free parking near both ,with frequent trains to London Waterloo, Clapham Junction, Richmond and Twickenham and other Main line stations.
2 mins walk to several local bus routes connecting with Twickenham, Kingston & Richmond for District Line London Underground.
There are many shops locally ,and nice coffee shops and cafes 2 minutes away which are really good. A very convenient services laundrette at the top of the road with a big drying machine when required, as well as moderate use of the house washing machine .
One of Twickenham's finest tree - lined Conservation Roads makes this a quiet, attractive and desirable location to live in, with free parking at specified times and all weekend local to the house. We are a neighbourhood watch road too.
