Newly furnished room in landlord’s home on a quiet residential street, to be shared with landlord and a friendly dog. This property is suitable for a single professional looking for weekday accommodation only, whose primary residence is elsewhere. A parking space is available.

Bedroom furnishing includes good storage space, desk, armchair, kettle and fridge. The lodger will have almost exclusive use of a bathroom (with shower), access to a wellbeing room with yoga equipment and shared use of a spacious kitchen-diner. A garden with seating area is also available. Electric, water, internet, TV license and professional cleaner are included in the rent (no gas in property).

The property is in easy reach of shops, cafes and restaurants. Whitton High Street and mainline station are a 15 minute walk, and Twickenham station is 10 minutes by bus.

The room is for a non-smoking / non-vaping single person (no couples). It is a strictly vegetarian house! Female preferred.
Note that a large, friendly dog lives at the property and shares the kitchen-diner, so any lodger must be comfortable around big dogs.
