We're looking for a lovely new housemate to join our friendly all-girls house.

**The room & house**

The room is a spacious, bright and fully furnished double in the loft.

The house has a large shared kitchen and living room, private garden, plenty of storage and all the essentials, including a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and broadband.

There's a shared main bathroom and an additional separate WC downstairs between 3. We also have a professional cleaner coming every fortnight to keep the communal areas nice and tidy.

We're in a lovely, leafy residential area of Twickenham, with everything you need within walking distance:

* Under 10 minutes' walk to Twickenham Station, with direct trains to Clapham Junction and London Waterloo in under 20mins
* Easy access to Twickenham High Street, cafés, restaurants, pubs and supermarkets (Tesco and Asda)
* A short walk to Twickenham Riverside and Richmond park perfect for walks, runs and a bit of fresh air
* Less than 5 minutes' walk to Twickenham Stadium

It's a great spot if you want somewhere peaceful to come home to while still having an easy commute into Central London.

**About us**

You'll be sharing with three friendly, easy-going professional girls in our late 20s.

We're all independent and have our own lives, but we enjoy a good chat in the kitchen, occasional drinks, film nights and hanging out together. We're generally quite active and enjoy working out, going out and exploring London.

We'd love to find someone who feels like a good fit for the house rather than just someone to fill the room!

**Who we're looking for**

Ideally a female professional aged 25–35 who's friendly, considerate, tidy and respectful of shared spaces. Someone who's sociable and enjoys the occasional hangout but also values their own downtime.

We'd prefer someone who works on-site or hybrid (ideally WFH no more than 2 days a week), and we're looking for a non-smoker.

**Rent & bills**

* Rent: £660 per month
* Deposit: £660 (one month's rent)
* Bills: Approximately £160–£170 per month, including council tax (Band F), gas, electricity, water, broadband and fortnightly cleaner
* Total: Approximately £820–£830 per month
* Parking: On-street permit parking
