The room is very spacious and benefits from a beautiful garden view. The room is downstairs and has a private toilet. It is very separate from the rest of the house and is furnished with double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, sideboard, armchair and TV.

All bills included.

Current household consists of two adults and two young children. We also have a female lodger living in an upstairs bedroom.

We are looking for a lodger to move in from 1st November.

The house is situated on Uxbridge Common, with views from the dining room overlooking this. It’s a 15 minute walk to the town centre and train station. Hillingdon Leisure is a 5 minute walk away.

Parking is available on our driveway or on the street with vouchers from the council.
