New Double Bedroom

New tidy, clean and quiet double room, fully furniture (Double bed, wardrobe, and extra sofa), the room is for one tenant, all expenses included (Gas, Electricity, Water, Service Charge, council tax, Internet broadband). Kitchen area is open plan design and you could use all the stuff in the kitchen, you only need your own groceries and you have shelves in kitchen, fridge and freezer for storage. You share the big bathroom with only one girl as I have my own en-suit (3 bedrooms flat). The rent is for single occupancy, if you are a couple another 50% of the rent to be added on top of the normal rent.
