We are an Indian Gujarati couple with a 13 year old boy residing near Preston Road tube station in our own 5 bedroom house.
We let out one of our spare double bedroom with an attached bathroom and an office room who would be a single professional, pure vegetarian, non-smoker and non-alcoholic.
The pictures for bedroom, office room and bathroom are exclusively used by the single occupant and on the same floor. No one else is allowed to use them except the person who uses the bedroom.
