About the Home

This is a peaceful vegetarian household, and we’re looking for someone who is clean, considerate, respectful and mindful of shared spaces.

No meat or fish is cooked in the kitchen. Foods containing eggs are welcome, but eggs are not cooked in the house.

We’re looking for someone who will appreciate a clean, comfortable and relaxed home environment.

Working From Home

The room is suitable for working remotely.

For anyone working from home, there is a £50 monthly contribution towards the additional utility and broadband usage associated with working from home.

Move-In Date – Please Read Before Enquiring

The room is available to someone who can move in by the end of September.

Please include your preferred move-in date in your initial message so I can confirm that the timing works.

Please note that a move-in date in October will not be suitable. If you are looking for a room from October onwards, unfortunately this room will not be the right fit.

If you are available to move in during September, I’d be very happy to hear from you.
