The flat is in a modern building and has a balcony. You’d be sharing with just me, so I’d love to find someone who enjoys a calm, comfortable home. I’m into fitness and healthy eating, and I’m friendly and happy to chat, while also appreciating our own space.

I’m looking for someone mature in their outlook, regardless of age: someone respectful, considerate and mindful of shared spaces. Good communication matters to me, as does feeling that we can both relax and feel at home here.
