I am looking for a flatmate for the second room in a 2 bed 1 bath ground floor flat in Wembley. Council tax band E.

It has the following features:
- shared kitchen with microwave and oven
- shared bathroom/shower
- parking space available outside
- room has natural light sources and heating
- furnished with a double bed and a cupboard
- bills included in the rent
- no deposits needed
- lots of power points around the room
- big window looking out the road and a sunroof

The landlord lives in the house on the first floor, but does not expect any direct contact from the tenants on a regular basis. The flat will be professionally cleaned and the furnishings will be placed by the landlord before anyone moves in.

The flatmate is expected to be:
- clean and careful about mess in shared areas
- responsible with regular rent payments
- either queer/LGBT+ or queer/LGBT+ friendly
- respectful about noises in shared areas
- respectful about having regular visitors, given safety concerns
- acceptable of meat being cooked in the shared kitchen
- regular with chores (throwing bins, cleaning common areas etc) with some flexibility during difficult times if needed
- student or young professional preferred
