Rooms are larger than my old Phone camera could capture. You will surely agree when you see in person.

Beautiful large home. Very Spacious rooms. 2 large bathrooms. LARGEST ROOM PERSON WILL SHARE THE LARGE BATHROOM WITH JUST 1 OTHER FRIENDLY PERSON. Prime location. Near amenities and many tubes are at short walking distance. Buses at doorstep. Trendy clean and warm. wardrobes, Large size proper comfy beds. Rooms are desirably nice and homely. 2 LARGE BATHROOMS IN THE HOUSE.

Not prepared to rent to ‘just anyone’ who is willing to pay rent. Looking for a decent, polite, civilized, mature minded, friendly, polite and tidy person. Very homely and respectful set up. Not the usual London madness or chaotic overcrowding.

This Paragraph 5 below relates to question 8 further down, pls answer this in question 8. Generally one month rent and 5 weeks rent as deposit is to be paid up front, In some cases when You are unable to support/prove to support your tenancy, or generally, Preference may be given to those who can pay the entire duration in advance or at least many months in advance. 7. Do you have to serve a notice at your current place? If yes, how long for?

8. Which room are you interested in (price wise preference!) and if that one goes, would you consider the other room? (what is your maximum budget?) Pls also add your comments re paragraph 5 above.

9. Please enlist AT LEAST 3 proposed/preferred DATES AND TIMES for viewing that may suit you ONLY FROM what is suggested below!! I shall then try to match them with my own schedule and offer you the appointment. NO TIME TO BE WASTED ON VIRTUAL VIEWINGS. PLS DO NOT ASK.. Guidance.... Generally TUESDAYS AND THURSDAYS between 6.30pm - 7.30pm suits well if you propose these... Also potentially possible are Saturdays 12 Noon - 1.30pm. Other days or time cannot be considered.

Extra Large spacious double at 995 have Plenty of Camel storage. Peaceful and quiet. Direct access to The garden through French doors and the bathroom to be shared with just 1 lovely friendly young lady.

Comfortable and desirable, spacious, Detached pretty place, with very homely feeling and happily welcoming home excellently located for many tubes and buses. Very good/strong/reliable heating system that keeps the home warm.

large double are fairly generous with King size bed and mattress with other bits of furniture in them including large computer desk and office chair and side coffee table yet ample space in them.

Fully equipped kitchen with cabinets and drawers, kettle, toaster, washing machine, fridge freezer are the usual in the kitchen

Excellently located for quick access to both jubilee line and Metropolitan line at Wembley park as well as near by Bakerloo line and over ground silver link

North west London short bus ride from Willesden green and Kilburn, less than 10 mins walk to Wembley stadium and L. D. O

Designer outlet with plenty of designer shops, cafe bars, Hilton hotel, Novotel hotel, most banks, coffee chain shops, restaurants, north west village, vue cinema, football facilities and plenty more to keep busy. The Rear garden is large. It is mature with many shrubs, trees, plants, flowers and greenery. For some, it may appear to be over grown, others, like myself describe it sweet, relaxing, secluded, calming effect, a garden in true sense with chirping company of many lovely birds (The flying birds as well as the ones that walk, sip champagne, chose dresses or skirts as to their own individual refined tastes and are mesmerisingly fragrant and highly desirable (ignore this, just 'my moment')
