One of our flatmates is moving out, so myself and my other flatmate Sara are looking for a chill, clean and respectful person to take over his room in our modern 3-bed, 2-bath apartment at Alameda, Wembley Park.

The room is a good-sized double room in a modern high-rise apartment, with great views and access to some really good building amenities.

🏠 About the flat & us

Me and Sara are both working professionals and work hybrid, so we’re around during the week but generally keep to ourselves and do our own thing. We’re both into things like the gym, cooking and sports, but we’re also usually out and about on weekends rather than sitting in the flat all day.

We’re super chill and easy-going and are mainly looking for someone who matches that vibe — someone clean, respectful, considerate and happy to do their own thing while also being friendly and sociable when we’re all around.

📍 The area

Wembley Park is a lovely, modern and safe area with pretty much everything you need on your doorstep. You’re within easy reach (like 5-10 minutes!) of:

* Sainsbury’s
* Tesco
* Asda
* The Gym Group
* London Designer Outlet
* Wembley Park’s restaurants, bars and cafés

For getting around, Wembley Park Station is also right nearby, with both the Jubilee and Metropolitan lines, making it really easy to get into Central London and around the city. Places like Baker Street, Bond Street, Westminster, Moorgate, Farringdon and London Bridge or Waterloo really quickly.
