Hi! I’m looking for a female flatmate to join me in a modern 2-bed, 2-bath flat at Luna, Wembley Park.

The room & flat
You’ll have the larger double bedroom with your own en-suite bathroom. The flat is fully furnished, with a shared kitchen/living area and balcony. Residents also have access to a gym, communal garden and other shared spaces in the building.

Luna is managed by Quintain Living and is close to Wembley Park station, with both the Metropolitan and Jubilee lines. There are plenty of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and cafés nearby.

Rent & tenancy
Rent is £1,550 pcm, excluding bills. Utilities are currently paid as an advance of around £70 per person per month, with the final amount adjusted according to actual usage.

The room is available from 10 September, with some flexibility for the right flatmate. I’m ideally looking for someone who plans to stay for at least 12 months and is looking for a stable, long-term home

This will be an official replacement on the joint tenancy rather than a sublet, so the new tenant will need to complete Quintain Living’s referencing process.

As this is a joint tenancy rather than a sublet, I’m looking for someone who is comfortable with the responsibilities of being a joint tenant. If you later decide to leave, any tenancy change would need to follow Quintain Living’s formal process, including arranging a suitable replacement tenant where required.

About me
I’m a female UCL student in my early 20s. I’m friendly but quite independent and generally enjoy a relaxed home environment. I like cooking, films, gaming, anime, travelling and exploring London. I’m happy to chat or occasionally do something together, but I also really value having our own routines and personal space.

Who I’m looking for
Ideally another woman around a similar age who is clean, considerate and easy to communicate with. Students and professionals are both welcome. I’m looking for one person only (single occupancy), non-smoking and no pets. I’d also prefer someone who doesn’t have frequent overnight guests or regularly host large groups at home.
