Hi there!

I'm the owner of a beautiful 3 bedrooms flat in Wembley Park (5 min from the station).
Due to professional circumstances, I commute frequently between London and Paris and stay only a few nights per week in the flat during the week.
The flat has been refurbished and is in very condition. Lovely open kitchen with a large living room.

I am looking for respectful, tidy professionals to rent the 2 rooms available (1 single, 1 double).
The rooms are currently unfurnished so you can make it your own.

Shared bathroom.
Shared use of the kitchen and the living room.
Bills included in the monthly rent.

Location:
The flat is in Wembley Park, with access to local shops, restaurants and public transport. It's a good option for someone working in London who wants a comfortable home rather than a large, busy house share.

Who I'm looking for:
Ideally, working professionals who are considerate, clean and respectful of shared spaces. I'm looking for someone who wants a relaxed, friendly living environment and will look after the flat.

I'll continue to live in the flat myself, although I will be away on some nights, so this is a room in my home rather than a property let on a whole-flat basis.

Double room: £1,200 (all bills included)
