I am looking for a student to take over the tenancy of my son’s Standard Studio at Scape Wembley, 16th floor.
It’s a private corner studio, with 2 windows facing North and 1 window facing East.
Current rental is £341/wk but weekly rent and deposit details will be confirmed as part of the replacement approval process, once the student’s details have been approved by Scape.
We will support the full £350 administration fee for replacement.

Fulton Rd, Wembley Park, Wembley HA9

About 4-minute walk to Wembley Park Underground Station and walking/bus access to Wembley Stadium and Wembley Central train stations.
Various shops and supermarkets within easy walking distance, including Lidl and ASDA as well as Sainsbury’s Local and Co-op and an Asian supermarket.

This is an official tenant replacement, meaning a new contract will be made with Scape for the new student.
