Flatmate needed in a 2-bed apartment

Hello!

My name is Mustafa, I’m in my mid-20s and working in consulting. I've been in London for about 8 years. My weekdays are mostly taken up by work, and on weekends I like to unwind by catching up with friends, and getting out for a run or a hike.

I'm looking for someone to rent a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment with in Wembley Park, ideally moving in around February or March 2027 (flexible). My budget is up to £1,200 per person per month. I've got a couple of properties in mind already, but I'm happy to look at new ones together.

I'd prefer someone around my age who's also a working professional and mindful of shared spaces (cleanliness, noise, etc.). It'd be great to find someone with similar interests so we can become friends, but a peaceful home works for me too.

Dealbreakers: no smoking, parties or pets, please.
