I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy at Sterling Court (iQ Student Accommodation), Lakeside Way, Wembley, HA9.
• Room: En Suite (private bathroom)
• Rent: £1,330 per month, paid on the 7th
• Contract runs until 10 July 2026, with a final reduced payment of £798 in May 2027
• All Bills included
• Furnished – e. g. bed, desk, wardrobe, under-bed storage
• Shared kitchen with 3 other flatmates
• Building facilities: common room / 24-hour security / laundry/ courtyard]
Location: a few minutes' walk from Wembley Park station (Jubilee and Metropolitan lines), so central London is around 15 minutes away. Wembley Stadium, the London Designer Outlet, and supermarkets are on the doorstep.
As this is purpose-built student accommodation, you'll need to be a full-time student to take over the contract. The transfer is handled through iQ, so it's a straightforward, official swap.
