Seeking a lodger to join a 3 person house, preferably want similar working professionals in their 30’s who are looking for a chill peaceful area live with an easy commute to London.
I have a cat stay part time so must be cat friendly! Even if she isn't :)
House is 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom, high ceilings, living room, garden, side access for bikes.
Room -
£850pm, measures 4.2m x 2.9m, downstairs, furnished with King bed with easy access storage, wardrobe, armchair. (Could get a small dresser if needed)
Transport -
6 min walk to West Drayton station Elizabeth line (21mins into Paddington, 27min to TottenhamCtRd)
8 min cab to Heathrow
Area West Drayton -
1min to park, gem walks and canals nearby.
ALDI, ICELAND and SUPER TESCO nearby.
Noise - No noise pollution as away from the flight path. Bus can be heard from front but really it’s a quiet spot.
