Single bed in double room /short let

I am renting my dayghters room who is currently in OZ. The room is available for professionals, ideally Cabin crew or professionals who work outside and need a room to crash and deposit their belongings. Or students that are in College or Uni during the day.
The big wardrobe has plenty of space on one side. The other is occupied with daughters belongings.
Still lots of storage.
I also have an 18 years old who only comes and stays on alternative weeks.
There is a parking space, a garden and kitchen to be used. The showeroom is to be shared with myself.

I would prefer cash payments only.
This is also a let from Monday to Fridays only but can be a 7 days a week with the right person. It is up to 3 months at the moment but can most likely be extended.
There are buses 5 mins walk away.
Whitton station is a 5/10 mins walk from property.
Heathrow is easily accessible, only few miles away with direct bus or tube from Hounslow.
