Single bed in double room /full house short let

I am renting my dayghters room who is currently in OZ with full access of the house, including driveway for one car and garden. The room and house is available for 1 professionals who will look after the house and ideally who works outside and needs a room and a peaceful home to come back to.
The big wardrobe has plenty of space on one side. The other is occupied with daughters belongings.
Still lots of storage.
There is a parking space, a garden, open space kitchen/dina and lounge to be used. And The showeroom.

It is up to 3 months at the moment but can most likely be extended.
There are buses 5 mins walk away.
Whitton station is a 5/10 mins walk from property.
Heathrow is easily accessible, only few miles away with direct bus or tube from Hounslow.
