Single bed in double room /short let

I am renting my dayghters room who is currently in OZ. The room is available for professionals, ideally Cabin crew or professionals who work outside and need a room to crash and deposit their belongings. The big wardrobe has plenty of space on one side. The other is occupied with daughters belongings.
Still lots of storage.
I also have an 18 years old who only comes and stays on alternative weeks.
There is a parking space, a garden and kitchen to be used. The showeroom is to be shared with myself.

I would prefer cash payments only.
This is also a let from Monday to Fridays only but can be a 7 days a week with the right person. It is up to 3 months at the moment but can most likely be extended.
There are buses 5 mins walk away.
Whitton station is a 5/10 mins walk from property.
Heathrow is easily accessible, only few miles away with direct bus or tube from Hounslow.
