I'm a very easy going live in landlady, who is looking to share the property. I've lived in the property for 14 years. The double room offers lots of privacy and is available from 17th June. I'm down to earth and love good conversation and I also like my own space. I'm a hypnotherapist and qualified yoga teacher...I'm into meditation, yoga, walking in nature...I love most types of music, socialising, going to the cinema, theatre, reading a good book, self development and helping others.

I'm very respectful of others need for privacy and consider myself flexible...but I do ask that my new housemate helps keep the communal area clean and tidy so it's a nice environment for everyone. I value honesty and consideration for others :). The apartment will suit someone who is sociable but also likes their own space. Generally the apartment is quiet haven :). Please note that the flat is on the second floor of the building...so there are some stairs and some ceiling eaves within the flat.

Most bills are included and to make it easy, I include domestic items such as toilet rolls, kitchen towel, washing up liquid, bin bags etc.
