I'm very respectful of others need for privacy and consider myself flexible...but I do ask that my new housemate helps keep the communal area clean and tidy so it's a nice environment for everyone. I value honesty, kindness and consideration for others :). The apartment will suit someone who is sociable but also likes their own space...but not to the point that you are a recluse and don't communicate...I'm sure you get the gist...been there and got the t-shirt lol.

Please note that the flat is on the second floor of the building...so there are some stairs and some ceiling eaves within the flat.
