Bright, South-Facing Flat in South Woodfood

Hello!

I have a room available in my two-bed flat in Woodford.

The flat is a sun-soaked, south-facing, top-floor space above a shop, with an additional neighbour living on the second floor. The flat has high ceilings and lots of natural light.

I’m a self-employed artist working remotely, making music and painting from home. The space is actively used both as a home and a creative environment, so you’ll see canvases, materials, and ongoing projects throughout the flat.

This is best suited to someone who is comfortable sharing a home with an ongoing creative practice. That includes occasional music recording, artistic work, and slightly unconventional hours at times. The environment is generally relaxed and calm, but it is not a quiet, minimal, or strictly “silent” home.

I’m quite a chilled and easygoing person, but I frequently work in shared spaces creating art, so it would likely suit someone who is also creative, or at least comfortable around that kind of energy.
