Desk area with drawer and shelving. It's very bright as it's south facing. It’s also very warm (as is the rest of the house) with good heating.

The property is just a short walk (10-15) from Woodford tube station it is just 5 stops away from Stratford station which takes 12mins. It will take you 20 mins to get to Liverpool Street.

You will share a brand new upstairs bathroom, though my room has an ensuite so you will have sole access in the mornings.

Mostly important to me is the candidate should be someone who is able to look after the room and bathroom as their own, they should be courteous, considerate, clean and tidy. Ideally someone that doesn't need to work from home or at least not too often.
