The house is a five minute walk to the high street, where you can find most local shops including two supermarkets. Worcester Park station is a 13 minute walk (or a fast S3 bus ride) for trips to Wimbledon, Clapham Junction, Vauxhall and Waterloo in the centre of London.

Downstairs features a modern bathroom with a shower and bath. In the spacious kitchen is a large fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dining table and just about every utensil known to man.
