Room: £200 PW (Single Occupancy)

The Property:
• Fully furnished throughout
• Clean and well-maintained communal areas
• Open-plan living area with kitchen
• Well-maintained kitchen with fridge/freezer, washing machine, dryer, microwave, and essential appliances
• Well-maintained bathroom

All flatmates are clean, respectful, and easy-going. We aim to maintain a household of a similar standard.

Payments & Terms:
• No security deposit required
• First month of rent payable before or on the move-in date.
• A holding deposit equivalent to the final two weeks of rent is required to secure the room. This amount will be deducted from your last rental payment.
• £200 one-off contribution towards utility bills for the entirety of your stay.

After the third month, if you continue on a rolling contract, no further utility contributions will be required.

We also provide maintenance, cleaning, and Wi-Fi free of charge as a courtesy. These services are not included in the rent or bills, and we do not charge for them.
