Unfurnished 5 month rental. Short term because we will have family visiting who will need the space March and April of 2027.
Bus to Tolworth station 2 minute walk, 2 stops.
The photo of the back of the house with the two large windows upstairs. That is the where the upstairs rental room is.
We live downstairs under the flat roof.

Room has a double bed and 2 double doored cupboards.

Couples may be considered, but rent would increase.

Our current tenant prefers not to have photos of her personal space in the advert. I may send photos separately.

We are boring, but chilled and visitors are welcome.
