Quiet living for someone who wants a home.
You can walk to our Aldi, post office, pharmacy, restaurants, Shadbolt Surgery, Shadbolt playing fields, and 4 minutes to bus stops.
Bus to Tolworth station 4 minute walk, and just 2 stops to the station.
Busses to Epsom, Surbiton and Kingston upon Thames, 4 minute walk.
The 2 seater sofa is for ilistrative purposes so you can judge the size.
We are relaxed, visitors are welcome - invited and pop ins as long as they are freindly, bring wine and leave by 11pm 😀
A room share might be considered, but the rent would be £750 per person.
If you decide you like the room, I would need the following for you to secure it. Proof of employment, a copy of your passport, referance from your previous landlord and 3 months of bank statements.
