This lovely home is in a central location, just 20 minutes walk to West Drayton train station. It comes as part of a Two Generations Homeshare, in which you will commit to approx. 10 hours per week of help in the home as well as offering your time and caring nature as a Homesharer.

The current homeowner is a very friendly and independent lady, aged 77. She used to be a lawyer, is an artist and often travels to Bangalore.

She is looking for companionship and the reassurance of an overnight presence in her home, plus someone who can help her with some small household tasks, including preparing and sharing an evening meal together.

The suitable sharer should be female, ideally a student. They can be working or studying but should have some time available during their week, mainly in the evenings to offer their time and support. They should be kind, caring and enjoy a good chat.

The property is a very well maintained house with a garden. The sharer will have their own single bedroom with access to a shared bathroom. The sharer will also have access to the rest of the home including the lounge, kitchen and garden.
