Lovely newly finished double room available in a welcoming family home in West Drayton.
The house is shared with me and my two-year-old son. I’m a secondary school teacher and my son attends nursery during the week, so it’s a friendly, settled family home with a fairly regular routine. We’re also out and about quite a lot at weekends.
£850 per month – ALL BILLS INCLUDED
£500 deposit
Single occupancy preferred.
I would also consider a couple, in which case the rent would be £1,100 per month including all bills, to cover the additional household costs.
You’ll have full use of the garden and all shared areas of the house. I’d like whoever moves in to feel comfortable and at home rather than as though they are simply renting a room.
This is a calm family home rather than a party house, but I’m certainly not looking to restrict anyone’s social life. Friends are very welcome to visit, and occasional overnight guests are absolutely fine with a little advance notice.
The location is extremely convenient:
• Around 5 minutes from the Elizabeth Line
• Approximately 20 minutes to Paddington
• Aldi and local shops and amenities within around a 3-minute walk
• Tesco Extra around 8 minutes away
• Close to the canal, lovely walking routes and beautiful open spaces
The room has recently been finished and is ready to move into.
I’m ideally looking for a professional woman who is friendly, respectful and tidy and would enjoy living in a small, welcoming household.
