Cosy room available for a friendly houseshare

I have a cosy double/large single available for an initial 3 months with the opportunity to extend past this.

The house has been recently refurbished and decorated, with new carpets, fully painted and a beautiful huge back garden with entertaining space and sun all day.

I am looking for a housemate who is open to the occasional glass of wine in the evening and to live with a friendly and respectful live-in landlord.

I enjoy hiking at the weekend, exploring the countryside and everything the local area has to offer. I am a keen cook and love trying new things such as art classes, pilates, yoga and cross-fit.
