Outside is a large garden and patio area, plus plenty of parking on the driveway.

The property is located close to Navigation tram and train station, accessed on foot in 5 minutes, and a similar time by car. The tram line ends at Altrincham, just one stop away, and connects the area to Manchester City Centre. Altrincham itself is a 15 minute walk away.
