My housemate is moving out at the end of April, so I’m looking for someone to move in from 1st May to take over their room in our lovely flat in Cotton Field Wharf, right on Ancoats Marina.

About the Flat:
Spacious, modern two-bedroom apartment with an open-plan kitchen & living area

The available double room is unfurnished but does have an en-suite and walk-in wardrobe

-Rent: £600 per month

-Deposit: £600

-Contract: 1-year with Manchester Life

-Bills: Approx. £190 per month

About Me & Who I’m Looking For:

I work for BBC Sport at Media City and have a passion for fitness, running, and all things sport. Outside of work, I’m into music—both collecting records and producing. I’m also a fan of fashion, film, and good food. I enjoy going to the pub, catching live music and gigs, and when I’m not out and about, I’m happy winding down with a good TV series and a couple of glasses of wine.

I’m looking for a friendly, like-minded professional to move in— someone around a similar age who ideally doesn’t work from home. It’s important to me that you’re considerate, easygoing, and happy to help keep the place clean and comfortable. I’m originally from the South so I often head down to London for weekends to catch up with friends.

I work on a shift rota, so I often have weekdays off and work some weekends. I’m sociable and always up for the occasional takeaway and TV night but I also value my own space and independence—and respect that you will too. Just looking for a relaxed and respectful vibe at home.
