Hi, looking to rent my spare room in my flat located in the beautiful area of new Islington. The flat is located on the marina and the views are amazing! My rooms are en-suite and both the rooms are situated opposite sides of the apartment. The room comes furnished and happy if you want to add your own furniture in there. The electricity internet and council tax is divided by two includes the broadband. The electricity and internet bills will be divided by two.

The building comes with a 24 hour coicerge with shared communal balcony, lobby and another room which hardly get used. It is a nice friendly community vibes.
