Cosy double room to rent in Ancoats!!

I’m Amy, I’m 31 and looking for a roommate to rent my spare room.

The flat is a two bedroom flat with shared bathroom and a large open plan kitchen and dining room. The flat is situation just round the corner from Ancoats square which is dangerously convenient for Rudys and summer drinks!

The room is a good size and comes with double bed, chest of draws, wardrobe and bedside table. I could also leave the desk which is pictured if needed ☺️

A bit about me… I’m massively into fitness and love an activity! If that’s your thing I’d love for you to join in 🥰 I’m also a massive foodie so would love someone to try new restaurants with! Equally, I’m very social and spend a lot of the time out of the house at the weekend so great if you also are! Ideally looking for someone to share the occasional glass of wine with (very occasionally these days haha) and watch rubbish on tv. Plus I’m a HUGE bakery enthusiast so know all the best spots for an almond croissant.

I’ve lived here 4 years now so know the bills are roughly £150 (I can send the breakdown if needed). Initially I’m looking for a 6 months tenancy with the possible option to extend.
