I’m Amy, I’m 32 and looking for a someone to rent my room with my current flat mate for an initial period of 3 months.
The flat is a two bedroom flat with shared bathroom and a large open plan kitchen and dining room. The flat is perfectly situated just round the corner from Ancoats square which is dangerously convenient for Rudys and summer drinks!
The room is BIGGER THAN PICTURED (updated pics 15/02/2026) it has a king size bed, walk in wardrobe, dressing table and mirror ☺️
My current flatmate’s amazing such a pleasure to live with she’s really into Pilates, spending time with her friends and often works in London during the week 🥰 She is looking to buy in the area so their could be an option to extend after initial 3 months.
I’ve lived here 5 years now so know the bills are roughly £150 (I can send the breakdown if needed).
